One of the most impressive performers on NXT over the past few months
has been Lars Sullivan. “The Freak” has been established as a true
monster on the NXT roster, and he even had the chance to compete for the
NXT Championship when he took on Aleister Black for the title at NXT
Takeover: Chicago earlier this year. After years of training in the
Performance Center and wrestling on the NXT brand, all of Sullivan’s
hard work has paid off as he is being promoted to WWE’s main roster.
During Survivor Series, WWE aired a short video hyping Lars’ upcoming
debut. The exact date along with which brand Sullivan will be joining
was not mentioned, but get ready to see Lars Sullivan on either Raw or
SmackDown very soon.

During WWE’s Survivor Series pay-per-view
last night, Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins took on current
United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. Rollins was able to defeat
“The King of Strong Style” and gain another victory for the Raw brand
yesterday, but “The Architect” already has another huge match ahead of
him now. Not long after beating Nakamura, Rollins was informed that he
will be facing his former Shield partner, Dean Ambrose, in a match at
WWE’s upcoming TLC pay-per-view. There is no stipulation for the match
as of yet, but Rollins’ Intercontinental Championship will be on the
line during the bout. TLC is WWE’s final pay-per-view of the year, and
it takes place on December 16th.

This past Saturday night marked
another fantastic and well-received Takeover event for WWE’s NXT brand.
Although plenty of praise is being sent towards NXT right now, there may
be some major news on the way for the NXT UK show. According to Triple H
during a press conference following the NXT Takeover: WarGames event
from over the weekend, a major announcement relating to the new NXT UK
show in 2019 is on the way. The announcement is also expected to be made
during the planned NXT UK tapings in Liverpool next week. Triple H has
said that he is focused on helping NXT UK grow and expand, so expect
this announcement to relate to the early plans for the NXT UK brand’s
growth in early next year.
“We have shows in Liverpool next week. It is hard to keep track,
they are coming fast and furious. When we are in Liverpool, we’ll be
making a big announcement about the first quarter of the year.” Triple H hinted.
