This week’s edition of WWE SmackDown (September 10th) drew a 1.54 final cable rating, up from last week’s 1.42 rating.

WWE SmackDown for this week increased in viewership as well, drawing 2.040 million viewers, up from the average of 1.981 million viewers who tuned into the September 3rd edition of the show.

While the numbers aren’t anything to gloat about, it is a decent sign that WWE was able to increase their viewership this week going head-to-head with the NFL’s season opener, which drew 23.85 million viewers on NBC, especially considering how low Monday’s RAW numbers came in.
