— WWE officials offered Rob Conway a contract to return to the company to help mentor some of the younger wrestlers and add some depth to the roster, but turned it down. While Conway still wrestles on the indy scene, he has another job now and did not want to give it up.

— The recently signed Serena Deeb made her debut in Florida Championship Wrestling at last night’s live event in Punta Gorda, Florida. Teaming with Maria and Angela Fong, the trio defeated Alicia Fox, Natalya and Layla in a six-Diva tag match. Deeb simply went under the name Serena in her WWE developmental debut.

— WWE developmental wrestler Kip Christianson is now going under the name Eli Cottonwood in Florida Championship Wrestling. He squashed Fred Rossen at last night’s FCW show. Rossen is longtime indy wrestler Fred Sampson, who recently made his debut in Florida Championship Wrestling. Prior to signing a contract with WWE in May, he made several appearances over the years on television as an extra, usually as a security guard.
