WWE Reportedly Considering Big Changes to Commentary Teams

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has been discussing changing up its commentary teams to continue with the trend of including diversity as seen at WrestleMania 34.

WWE had Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix on the commentary team for the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble match, in addition to the Mixed Match Challenge show, and Hall of Famer Lita called the Mae Young Classic.

WWE is said to be considering adding women to the color commentary teams for main roster shows, however the Observer report did not list any names as potential broadcasters.
